The Firm has a specialized Division dedicated to representing clients in arbitration proceedings, drafting pleadings, appearing before Arbitrators and conducting proceedings, and attending to litigation connected with the arbitration, particularly in respect of interim measures, the appointment of Arbitrators, setting aside or enforcement of arbitral awards and appeals arising from such proceedings. In addition, our Senior Partner, Mr. D.N. Mittra, is on the panel of Arbitrators of NSE, MCX, CSE, MSE, etc.
