(2) First preference shall be given to the interested candidates from Universities outside West Bengal for the periods of June-July and December-January. However, interns from the Universities based in West Bengal may be considered subject to vacancies.

(3) No internship applications are accepted during the Annual Vacation of the High Court at Calcutta.
